The Noida authority has recently issued an order reducing the property transfer charges by 50%. The charges currenlt are at 5% and will be 2.5% going forward. Applicants from now onwards, will pay half the amount to get the transfer of memorandum letter.
A senior officer from the Fnance department has said that the order will be effective from 8 Oct 2021.
